Recently, the standard of Power Battery Industry After-sales Service Requirements, initiated by the China Business Federation and drafted by EVE and other units, has been implemented nationwide. This standard is the first service standard in the power battery industry, aiming at regulating the service behavior of the power battery industry and helping enterprises to improve the service level.
By focusing on the resource construction, personnel requirements, delivery service, old parts recovery, service quality assurance, etc., the standard establishes for the first time a relatively complete industry specification in the field of the power battery after-sales service, which fills in the gap in service specification in the subdivisions, and makes service behavior more standardized and evaluable.
At the same time, the standard also appended the Power Battery Equipment Maintenance Operation Specification, which stipulates the relevant service operation safety and technical requirements of power battery equipment, and provides detailed after-sales service operation guidance.
